Director declarationGreat Portland Estates plc (GPE) today announces that Martin Scicluna, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman designate of J Sainsbury plc with effect from 1 November 2018.
As previously announced, Martin Scicluna will retire from the Board of GPE at or before GPE's 2019 AGM. A search process for a new Chairman is underway, led by the Senior Independent Director, Charles Philipps, and the Nomination Committee.
