In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Good Energy notifies the market that as at 31 October 2024 the Company's issued share capital consists of 18,506,399 Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure 18,506,399 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
