The Board of the Company was informed on Thursday 19 June 2014, that the wife of Garry Peagam, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 230.83p per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Garry Peagam has an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
