The Group announces that, following the expiry of the three year deferral period, the shares awarded on 25 November 2014 under The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 ("DSBP"), became eligible for vesting from 25 November 2017. As detailed below, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), exercised and sold her 2014 award of DSBP shares on 27 November 2017:
