The Group has received notification that Adrian Ewer (person discharging managerial responsibility, Non-Executive Director), has acquired four shares of 10 pence each in The Go-Ahead Group plc. This was following the reinvestment of dividend income from the Group's full year dividend, paid on 22 November 2019.
