Goals Soccer Centres plc confirms it was notified on 20 July 2018 and 20 August 2018 that Harwood Capital LLP purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Shares") on 20 July 2018 and purchased 50,000 Shares on 17 August 2018 (together, the "Transactions"). Christopher Mills is both, a Non-Executive Director of Goals and a limited partner of Harwood Capital LLP, which is part of the Harwood Capital Management Group Limited. As stated under Article 19 of EU Regulation No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the dealings referred to above constitute a transaction by a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
Post the Transactions, Harwood Capital LLP held an interest of 14,183,000 Shares in the Company.
The following notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of EU Regulation No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation).
