Grant of Options
Goals announces that it has today granted 300,000 options (the "Options") to Mr. Morris Payton, Operations Director, under the Goals Unapproved Employee Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") adopted by the directors in December 2004. The Options will vest 3 years after the date of grant, dependent on the satisfaction of certain performance conditions, split as follows:

Mr. Payton previously held 300,000 options granted in 2007 under the Scheme, which have lapsed.
