Directors Shareholding

Goals announces that on 5 July 2012 Natalie Rogers a connected person and wife of Keith Rogers, transferred 964,115 shares to Keith Rogers, a director of the Company. Following this transaction, the shareholding of Keith Rogers and persons connected to him is unchanged and they are interested in 4,092,986 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.

On 5 July 2012 William Gow, a director of the company transferred 167,615 shares to Fiona Gow, a connected person and wife of William Gow. Following this transaction, the shareholding of William Gow and persons connected to him is unchanged and they are interested in 1,410,100 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
