Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 3 September 2014 that Philip Burks, a Director of the Company, bought 109,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 3 September at a price of 220p per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, the shareholding of Philip Burks and persons connected to him is 372,478 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
