The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 20 December 2010 at 14.55 under RNS number 3013Y.

The correct price at which the transaction took place is 115p. The number of shares purchased is 130,436. Accordingly the new shareholding is 473,951 shares.

All other details remain unchanged.
