Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 26 March 2015 that William Gow, a Director of the Company, sold 7,100 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 26 March 2015 at a price of 220p per ordinary share. Mrs Fiona Gow, the wife of William Gow, also sold 7,200 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 26 March 2015 at 220p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of William Gow and persons connected to him is 1,119,845 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.9% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
