Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Director Shareholding

Goals announces that it has been notified of the exercise of 50,000 share options at a price of 62 pence per ordinary share of 0.25 pence ("Ordinary Share") each in the Company by Morris Payton, a Director of the Company. Accordingly the Company has issued 50,000 new ordinary shares (the "New Shares").

Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New

Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are

expected to commence on 26 September 2013. Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company has a total of 52,592,678 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Subsequent to the issue of the New Shares Morris Payton sold 9,800 Ordinary Shares at 173.5 pence and transferred 40,200 shares to his wife Susan Payton, all of which were sold at 173.5 pence each. Following today's transactions, the shareholding of Morris Payton and persons connected to him is unchanged at 271,910 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
