Goals Soccer Centres PLC04 October 2006 Goals Soccer Centres plc (the "Company") Directors Shareholding This announcement replaces the Directors Shareholding announcement released onthe RNS system under RNS no 9383J on Wednesday 4 October at 11h06. Thetransaction was a sale not a purchase as incorrectly stated in paragraph 2 ofthe original announcement. The full announcement text appears below. The Company was informed on 3 October 2006 that Keith Rogers had sold 1,000,000ordinary shares of 0.25p each on 3 October 2006, representing 2.4 per cent. ofthe ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 270p per ordinary share. Following this sale Keith Rogers and persons connected to him are interested in4,047,896 ordinary shares, representing 9.7 per cent. of the ordinary sharecapital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
