Directors Shareholding

Goals announces that on 25 July 2012 Sir Rodney Walker, a director of the Company, transferred 60,000 shares to Lady Anne Walker, a connected person and wife of Sir Rodney Walker. Following this transaction, the shareholding of Sir Rodney Walker and persons connected to him is unchanged and they are interested in 473,951 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
