Board Appointment

Goals Soccer Centres plc, the UK's premier operator of next generation outdoor 5-a-side soccer centres with 46 centres in the UK and one in Los Angeles, USA, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Basing, age 53, as Deputy Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Nick has also been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and will sit on the Remuneration and Audit Committee.

It is intended that Nick will step up to the role of Chairman, at the Company's next AGM in May 2016.

Nick Basing added:

Nick Basing was a Director of Gordon Prop Co 1 Limited and Gordon Prop Co 2 Limited, between November 2005 and May 2008. Gordon Prop Co 1 Limited was subsequently dissolved on 26 August 2008 and Gordon Prop Co 2 Limited was dissolved on 19 August 2008.

Nick Basing was also a Director of Chestnutbay Middleco Limited, between July 2008 and October 2008 and an administrator was appointed on 1 July 2009.

Monkey Bizness Limited, which Nick Basing joined as a Director in December 2010, was subject to a winding up order on 17 September 2012, whilst Nick was a Director of the Company.

Nick is currently a Director of Tenpin Limited, which completed a Voluntary Arrangement on 18 March 2013.
