AGM Statement

The Annual General Meeting of Goals Soccer Centres plc, the premier operator of 'next generation' 5-a-side soccer centres across the UK, will be held at 12.00 noon today, 30 April 2009.

At the meeting Sir Rodney Walker, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"Since the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2008, on 2 March 2009, the Company has continued to perform in line with the Board's expectations and remains on schedule to open four centres during 2009."
