Application for Block Listing
Genus plc (LSE: GNS) today announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 45,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') in Genus in respect of Ordinary Shares that are to be allotted under the Genus 2004 Executive Share Option Plan.
It is expected that the 45,000 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on the Official List on 20 May 2020. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
