CONFIRMATION OF DATES RE CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Greene King plc confirms that Rooney Anand resigned from the board on 30 April 2019 following his previously announced notice to step down as chief executive at the end of the 2018/9 financial year. Mr Anand's last day of employment will be 5 May 2019.
Also as previously announced, Nick Mackenzie joins the board today, 1 May 2019, as the new chief executive. As at today he holds 93,515 shares in Greene King plc.
