1 September 2008 GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Holding In Company
GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed, China based provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software and solutions, received notification on 29 August 2008 from Legal & General that on 28 August 2008 it acquired an interest of 1,610,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, and now holds 5.01 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
Commenting on the notification, Henry Tse, Chairman of GEONG International Limited said: "We would like to welcome Legal & General as a shareholder. The addition of such a high calibre institution to our share register clearly highlights the progress GEONG has made since it floated on AIM in 2006."
