GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Board Changes GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), a leading internet software solutionsprovider and operator for large enterprises in China is pleased to announce theappointment of the Company's CFO, David Tsui, to the board. Stuart Lane has stepped down from the position of non-executive directorfollowing 4 years service. Amit Thakar will assume the role of Chairman of boththe Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. The board changes will beeffective from 23 June 2013. Henry Tse, Chairman of GEONG, commented: "I would like to thank Stuart Lane for his service over the last 4 years andalso welcome David to the board. David has been working as CFO since September2012 and we believe it is the right time to elevate him to the board." David Kar Ning Tsui, 53, has significant experience in the financial managementof public companies based in Asia including Finance Director positions withAsia Ceramics Holdings Plc (January 2010 - May 2011) and China Eastsea BusinessSoftware Limited (June 2007 - June 2009) within the last 5 years. He has alsoheld the position of Finance Director of Dragon Sportswear Holdings Limited(April 2012 - December 2012) in the last 5 years. Prior to these positionsDavid held a number of financial controller positions. David is a member of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. David is also a director ofTopmoon Consulting Ltd., a private Hong Kong based Company (March 2013 -present). David Tsui has not held any other directorships within the past five years andthere are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Mr. Tsui pursuant toSchedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
