Pursuit Dynamics PLC05 May 2006 5 May 2006 Pursuit Dynamics plc (the 'Company') Additional Listing Pursuit Dynamics plc announces that 18,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted today following an exerciseof options by employees of the Company pursuant to the Pursuit Dynamics ShareOption Plan 2001. The New Ordinary Shares were exercised at 37.0p. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 11 May 2006.
