Total Voting Rights
Hangar8, one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, announces that, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 30 June 2013 is 9,437,087 with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 9,437,087. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
