Grant of Share Options
Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services provider, announces that options over a total of 1,226,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") were granted, at 91.5p, on 17 June 2019.
The grant comprises an option over 75,000 Shares to Stephen Wright, Chief Compliance Officer, an option over 125,000 Shares to Neil Medley, Chief Operating Officer, and options over 1,026,000 Shares, in aggregate, to other employees. All of the options granted vest in 3 years. Following this grant Stephen Wright's and Neil Medley's interests in Shares are as follows:
