On 25 April 2019, Gama Aviation Plc ("Gama Aviation" or the "Company") was informed that Hutchison Capital Holdings Limited ("Hutchison"), a substantial shareholder in the Company and whose nominee director is the Company's Chairman Simon To, had bought 1,704,960 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company at 90.691p on 24 April 2019.
Following the acquisition, Hutchison has increased its shareholding in the Company from 21.17% to 23.85%.
