Board Change
Gama Aviation Plc announces that Simon To has tendered his resignation as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr To will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Group.
Peter Brown, Senior Independent Director of the Group will act as the Chairman on an interim basis pending the appointment of a permanent chair following the full evaluation of the matter by the Board.
Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, Chief Executive Officer of Gama Aviation Plc said:
