Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Glenveagh Properties plc (the "Company" or "Glenveagh") announces that on 02 August 2023 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "Shares") on Euronext Dublin, from Glenveagh's broker J&E Davy.
The purchases complete the share buyback programme announced on 06 January 2023 with the Company fully availing of the buyback authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 December 2022, purchasing in aggregate 63,813,172 shares.

Following settlement and cancellation of the above transactions, Glenveagh will have 577,815,118 Shares in issue. Glenveagh holds nil Shares in treasury.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), a detailed breakdown of individual trades made by J&E Davy on behalf of Glenveagh as part of the buyback programme is scheduled to this announcement.
