RUB 10 billion bond redeemed

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group"; LSE ticker GLTR) today announces that its Russian subsidiary OJSC New Forwarding Company has redeemed its three-year 10 billion Russian rouble (RUB) denominated exchange-traded, non-convertible bonds.
