On 7 November 2012, the Company announces that a conditional award of 423,015 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Performance Shares") has been granted today to Jolyon Harrison, Director of the Company.

No consideration was paid for the grant of these conditional awards.

These awards will vest in 3 years from the date of grant, subject to achievement of performance conditions.

These awards were granted pursuant to the M J Gleeson Group Performance Share Plan approved by shareholders in December 2007.
