The Company has been advised that, on 5th June 2015, the Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of Ā£4.12 per Ordinary Share through a ProfitĀ Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by HMRC.
