Gleeson(M J)Group PLC04 July 2006 M J GLEESON GROUP PLC Retirement of a Director M J Gleeson Group plc announces the retirement today of Lord Selsdon, anon-executive Director since 1994, at the expiry of his fourth three year term. Malcolm Selsdon will be succeeded as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee byEric Stobart. A short list of potential non-executive Directors is underconsideration.
