Appointment of Senior Independent Director and Committee Changes
Glanbia plc (the "Company") announces that Róisín Brennan will be appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company with effect from 30 December 2023. Róisín has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since January 2021. She is a member of the Development Committee, the Nomination & Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
Dan O'Connor will succeed Donard Gaynor as Chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Committee with effect from 30 December 2023.
Mark Garvey, Group Finance Director of the Company, will become a member of the ESG Committee on 30 December 2023.
Following these changes, the Company's committees will be constituted as follows:
