Glantus (AIM: GLAN), the provider of Accounts Payable ("AP") automation and analytics solutions, announces that it received notification on 31 March 2023 that Diane Gray Smith, Interim CFO and Executive Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share. Following the purchase, Diane Gray Smith holds 410,714 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.80% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
