Dividend Payment

At Gulf Keystone's Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2019, shareholders approved the distribution of a total cash dividend of $50 million for the year ended 31 December 2018. This dividend will be paid in two tranches: the initial one third tranche will be paid today (the "Initial Tranche") and the balance (two-thirds of the total aggregate dividend) will be paid on a date to be determined by the Board following release of the Company's half-yearly results.

The Initial Tranche is equivalent 7.26 US cents per common share of the Company ("Common Share"). It has been converted into pounds sterling at a rate of $1:£0.7823 prevailing on 27 June 2019, and hence a dividend of 5.68p per Common Share will be paid today to those shareholders on the register of members of the Company as at 28 June 2019.
