Statement re: suspension of trading in the Company's shares on AIM
The board of directors of Grand Group Investment plc announce that, due to delays by its two portfolio companies in producing their accounts, it has become apparent that the Company will not be in a position to publish its own audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 by 30 June 2016 in accordance with rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies. As a result, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM as of 7:30 a.m. today. The suspension will remain in place until the Company's audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 have been published. The Company will update the market in due course.
