Nomad Update

As previously disclosed the Company's Nominated Adviser will no longer be authorised as at 7am 19 October 2017. Although the Company’s shares are currently suspended, AIM Rule 1 is still applicable to them.

If the Company does not then appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser within one month of suspension (by 20 November 2017), admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
