Suspension of trading on AIM
Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment, announces that further to the suspension of trading in its shares on the Singapore Stock Exchange, its board is contemplating an acquisition (the "Acquisition") which, if approved and completed, would constitute a reverse takeover for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Accordingly, trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on AIM until such time as the Company is able to publish an admission document in relation to the Acquisition or confirms that the Acquisition is no longer in contemplation.
The Company stresses that the Acquisition remains subject to negotiation with various counterparties and completion of due diligence satisfactory to the Group. Accordingly, there can be no guarantee that the Acquisition will complete or on what terms. The Company will make further announcements in due course.
