Incorporation of an Indirect Wholly Owned Subsidiary
Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment and electronics, announces that, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Invacom Manufacturing Pte. Ltd., incorporated the following indirect wholly owned subsidiary in China:

The incorporation of the above-mentioned subsidiary was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
Save for their shareholdings in the Company, none of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of the subsidiary, other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company.
