Tender Offer Update

Further to the announcement on 21 September 2023, the Board of Gulf Investment Fund plc confirms that the Tender Pool Determination Date has been set at 18 October 2023. As at that date the Final Tender Offer Asset Value was $3,097,062, giving a Tender Price of $2.2165.

The 1,397,276 Tendered Shares will be cancelled.

It is expected that the proceeds payable to shareholders who tendered shares will be made on or around 27 October 2023.

For the purposes of this announcement, unless otherwise defined, capitalised words and phrases shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
