Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Qatar Investment Fund plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at 10.30 a.m., the Resolution was passed on a poll. The results are shown below.

The total number of votes cast was 111,704,333 which represents approximately 81 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
Results of Tender Offer
Further to the announcement of the proposed tender offer on 14 October 2015, the Board of the Company announces that the tender offer for the purchase of up to 19,333,165 Ordinary Shares (representing 14.0 per cent. of the Shares in issue as at 13 October 2015 excluding treasury shares) closed at 1.00 p.m. on 10 November 2015.
A total of 18,771,997 Shares were validly tendered under the Basic Entitlement of the Tender Offer. This equates to 13.59 per cent. of the Company's Shares in issue as at 13 October 2015 (excluding treasury shares), and 97.10 per cent. of the shares available under the Tender Offer. Excess tenders will be satisfied to the extent of a further 561,168 Shares, representing 0.74 per cent. of the excess Shares tendered.
In total, 19,333,165 Shares were validly tendered under the Tender Offer, representing 14.0 per cent. of the Company's Shares in issue as at 13 October 2015 (excluding treasury shares), all of which will be repurchased by the Company and cancelled.
Details of the Tender Price are expected to be announced on 7 December 2015.
A copy of the resolution will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
