Closed Period Share Buybacks

Further to the announcement dated 22 February 2017, the Company confirms that:

· all inside information (as defined in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014), including weekly unaudited NAV estimates, has been and will continue to be notified to a regulatory information service ("RIS");

· the Directors and the Company are not in possession of any additional inside information that has not been notified to a RIS; and

· the Company has no reason to believe that there will be any material difference between the net asset value per share as at close of business on 29 June 2017, which was announced on 4 July 2017, and the financial information to be published in the announcement of its results for the year ended 30 June 2017

Accordingly, the Company will continue to adopt its stated buyback policy during the closed period (as defined in Regulation (EU) No 596/2014) in relation to the annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2017, which is expected to be announced on or about 11 September 2017.

If, in this period, the Directors or the Company come into possession of any inside information, it will be notified to a RIS before any further transactions are undertaken.
