Dividend Declaration

The Board of Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 2.50 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2026. The dividend will be paid on 10 April 2026 to Shareholders on the Register on 13 March 2026. The ex-dividend date is 12 March 2026.

Shareholders wishing to amend their participation in the Dividend Investment Scheme must submit their instruction to the Scheme Administrator, The City Partnership (UK) Limited, by no later than 27 March 2026.
