Grant of options
Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT), the specialist provider of real-time financial solutions, announces that on 31 December 2010 the following Company directors were granted options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Share Option Plans approved at the General Meeting of the Company held yesterday.

The exercise price of 28.05 pence was the middle market price as at the close of business on 30 December 2010 of 25.5 pence, the day immediately preceding grant, plus a premium of 10%. There are no other performance conditions and no consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
No other options over shares in the Company are held by directors.
Note 1
An existing award of 500,000 options granted in October 2007 under the Executive Option Plan 2007 (EOP 2007) have been cancelled with immediate effect.
Note 2
The options beneficially granted to Mr Royde were granted to Kestrel Partners LLP, which Mr Royde is a partner of and holds a beneficial interest in.
