Gresham Computing PLC08 January 2008 Gresham Computing plc 8 January 2008 Director/PDMR Shareholding Gresham Computing plc ('Gresham' or 'the Company') On 8 January 2008, the Company was notified of the following transaction, thattook place on that day, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules andsection 324 (as extended by section 328) of the Companies Act 1985. Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 42,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.08%of the outstanding share capital, at a price of 72 pence per share. As aresult, Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in theordinary shares of the Company to 720,013, representing 1.36% of the outstandingshare capital.
