Directors’ shareholdings

Gresham House was informed on 30 September 2013 by Parkwood Property Investments LLP (“Parkwood”) that on 26 September, 2013 it had transferred its total holding of 1,463,063 shares of 25p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the Company to its members.

Subsequently the Company was informed that, as a result of the transfers referred to above, both Mr Derek Lucie-Smith and Mr John Lorimer, each a member of Parkwood and a director of the Company, had acquired their respective proportions amounting to 97,537 Ordinary Shares on 26 September 2013.

Accordingly, both Mr Lucie-Smith and Mr Lorimer are now the beneficial owners of 97,537 Ordinary Shares, each representing approximately 1.82% of the issued share capital of the Company.
