2022 Annual Results - revised publication date
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces a revised publication date for its full-year results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 ("FY22"). The Company has been informed by the Group's external auditor, BDO LLP ("BDO"), that the audit is progressing satisfactorily, however, BDO will not have finalised its audit completion procedures by 22 March 2023.
Following advice from BDO, the Board looks forward to announcing the FY22 results on Thursday 30 March 2023.
The Board still expects to report FY22 results consistent with the pre-close update provided on 25 January 2023, including:
· AUM up 20% year-on-year, expected to be at least £7.8 billion as at 31 December 2022 (2021: £6.5 billion)
· FY22 adjusted operating profit expected to be at top end of market expectations, in excess of £26.5 million (2021: £20.2 million)
