DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALINGS
Griffin Mining Limited ("Griffin") has been advised that the wife of Mr Dal S Brynelsen, a non-executive director of Griffin purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in Griffin at a price of 65 pence per share on 10th January 2020. Following this purchase, Mr Dal S Brynelsen, with his wife has an interest in 437,001 ordinary shares representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of Griffin.
