Gelion (AIM: GELN), the global energy storage innovator, announces that it received notification that on 23 December 2025 Amit Gupta, CFO, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 19 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this purchase, Amit Gupta holds 193,810 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.084% of the total voting rights of the Company.
