The Company announces that Paul Zuckerman, Non-Executive Director of Great Eastern sold the following GDRs (each representing 0.5 underlying Ordinary Shares of INR 10 each) in Great Eastern at 460 pence per GDR:
2,733 GDRs on 10th February 2010; and 90,000 GDRs on 17th February 2010. Following these sales, Mr Zuckerman has a beneficial interest in 92,733 GDRs in the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the total issued share capital.
