Further to the Company's announcement of 15th October 2019, detailing an exercise of options awarded under the Goodwin PLC Equity Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the subsequent issue of shares, the Company has been notified of the following sale of shares by the Executive Directors of the Company which took place today:
