EpiStem Holdings plc02 November 2007 EpiStem Holdings plc 2 November 2007 EpiStem Holdings plc (the "Company") was informed on 31 October by IS PartnersInvestment Solutions AG as advisors to the Helium Special Situations Fund (the"Fund"), that the Fund has increased its shareholdings in the Company from420,600 to 513,100 ordinary shares.
